Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with 365 Sports Wear! Here's everything you need to know about how we get your order to you.

How Our Orders Are Made All of our products are made to order and printed by our production partner, Printify. This means your item is created specifically for you after you place your order — we don't hold pre-made inventory.

Production Time Please allow 2–7 business days for your order to be produced and prepared for shipment. Production times may vary depending on the product type and current demand.

Shipping & Delivery Times Once your order has been fulfilled, estimated delivery times are:

  • United States (Domestic): 3–5 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days (varies by destination)

Please note that the total time to receive your order is production time + shipping time.

Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package's journey.

Delays Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. During peak seasons (such as Black Friday, the holiday season, and other high-demand periods), production and shipping times may be longer than usual. We appreciate your patience.

Lost or Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number. We'll work with our production partner to make it right with a replacement or refund.

Returns & Exchanges Because all products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse (e.g., wrong size selected, change of mind). We only accept returns or offer replacements for items that are defective or misprinted. Please double-check sizing charts before ordering.

Order Cancellations Orders can only be cancelled or modified before they enter production. Once production has started, we are unable to make changes. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
